Hotel is located near underground station. Getting around central london is very easy via bus, underground and taxi. Hotel is cosy and clean. Staff are very friendly and polite. They also have decent breakfast spread

Hotel location was good, a quick 2 min walk to the aldgate east underground station, and bus stops. Has small restaurants walkable nearby and a tesco right next door. Breakfast spread was good- all regular items you would expect in english breakfast with good vegetarian and vegan options. There's a bar and restaurant in the ground floor which serves lunch and dinner. This is a no frills hotel. Neat small rooms, with basic amenities (towels, body wash, hair wash, hair dryer, ironing board, kettle, long mirror, small shower area with hot water- ok ok. They don't provide drinking water in the room, but can be bought from tesco next door. There's lockers av-bl near check in area where you can store valuables, no addl charge. The staff at the counter are quite friendly and helpful with any queries. The usual crowd seen here is touristy, mostly european. The area has a lot of police cars and ambulances passing, so lower floors may be a bit noisy at night.

It’s a perfect place to stay specially if you are traveling single or couple and looking for economical accommodation in central london. Best part about this hotel is it’s location which is next to aldgate east tube station on district line and bus stand is in front of hotel entrance so transport access becomes super convenient.

The stay in the hotel was very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served had verity. Rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of london and very near to the tube station/bus stop.

I stayed for 5 nights and its a pure budget hotel albeit at higher cost. Breakfast was poor with no change or variation. No choice on pillows. Hard pillows.

We stayed in the ibis Shoreditch for 2 nights. Aldgate east station is 1 min walk from here. There's a grocery store at the main entrance where we bought mineral water bottles for our stay. Very clean room. Excellent breakfast and some good a la Carte lunch options as well. For dinner we walked 4 mins to 1947 an Indian restaurant nearby which was excellent as well. There are lots of places to eat in walking distance. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Check in is informal and checkout is a drop box for key cards. Never seen that before. Will go again if I travel to London.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and is located near the city center. Also the tube Station is right next to the hotel with bus stop right in front. The staff was friendly and helpful. Basic amenities are present like hair dryer, towels and iron board with shower gel, don't forget to take toothbrush/toothpaste and hand creams along with you. Even if you forget or need anything, you can get these right below at Tesco express which is right next to the hotel. The hotel is close to brick lane, where you can find many Indian restaurants and shops.
