Good hospitality. Better than many places i stayed in the uk. Mattresses upgrade might be a good idea. Great location close to piccadilly station.

Good hotel
prime location
good staff especially ops manager mr sabareesh and his colleague manisha. The things need improvement is the breakfast. It has very less spread and the quality needs great improvement. The hotel needs to have sky subscription as no live matches are being telecast-ed. Even in the bar.

Location is good but the service is very bad, not even clean my room daily i book this hotel for 8 days, they don’t even give essential hygiene things, not provide any staff for my luggage shifting

The place is slightly shady so i did not feel completely safe. Also the rooms were ok (not very good. I would only recommend this stay if you have a strict budget and staying just for a night.

A very big hotel. Average rooms with no facilities at all. Our room was on 6th floor and it took us more than 15 minutes to find it because it was in some far distant corner. They charged us just for a window. They should have mentioned it on company that charger for with window and without window are separate. Room and bed was not uncomfortable at all.

Not so good, no Wi-Fi

Only plus is location, no Wi-Fi after 20 min. Only 20 min Wi-Fi is available, after that you have to pay for the day if you want Wi-Fi. Just the outlook is 3 star but inside it's no better than 2 star. Location is the only plus point for this hotel.
