Our stay was good! Was on the forth floor and the view wasn’t too bad. Very clean and the receptionist was super friendly!!
I could not believe I was at a Hilton, it was far below any experiences that I have had at other Hilton Hotels, there was not a magnifier mirror, and the lighting especially in the bathroom was terrible which made it very difficult to apply makeup. The whole experience was very disappointing…… not what I expected from a Hilton, I could have stayed at a Hotel 6 and had the same experience and saved money…… Please…… you need to do some updating on your Hotel in College Station…….

The mattress was terrible. Had a huge flat spot on the right side. Definitely time for new mattresses. Also, check out is already early at 11am. Why was housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am.

Easy to college
Check in did not go smoothly. Hotel staff complained about us booking through Hotels.com and said it was a lot of work for them. They asked for a credit card on file for incidentals and now they are using it to bill for the room again. I confirmed that my payment had cleared on my credit card through hotels.com and they are still trying to charge me a second time for the room. I have to wait in the general manager to call me back to fix the double charge. If the hotel thinks it’s too much trouble for customers on hotels.com, they should not list on the website for booking.

The televisions did not work well, the beds were the worst that we have ever slept on and horrible water pressure. It was not a great experience

rugena.familyAug 01, 2024 I loved the property, location was great, and the staff was professional and friendly. The only suggestion I have for the property, please check your plumbing between guests. The toilet in our room and the room next to us were both having issues.
Hotel was a great place to stay. Nicely decorated, and very clean. Breakfast was quite good. Will stay there again.
