We enjoyed our brief stay at the Sleep Inn. Everything was neat and clean. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely consider staying here when we have to be in Madison in the future.
Overall a good stay. Room clean and bed ok. Some road traffic noise but tolerable. Breakfast marginal.

kathy.family_with_childrenSep 08, 2024 We had a wonderful time at Sleep Inn in Madison. The room was very nicely arranged, and we had no problem fitting in our pack and play for the baby. The staff was great and helpful when we were looking for a place to eat dinner.
Hot tub down all night due to out of control kids apparently hitting the energy shut off earlier and front desk made aware and was told they could not reset and maint would have to fix in the morning.
Even when we were in the pool area group of 8 unsupervised kids under 7-12 years old running unsupervised causing trouble..
Bad experience for any family in that pool area
I didnt like the walk in shower. I wish i would have had a tub. Its not a huge deal and i probably could have asked to move to a room with one but i didnt.
This is the 2nd time staying here. Stayed here when it was brand new about 7 years ago. This trip did not disappoint, either. The hotel, inside and out was clean. The bed was comfortable and was given extra pillows upon request. Front desk person in the afternoon was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical. Eggs, sausage, and everything else.
The hotel is a little out of the way from all the action in Madison, but that's a bonus to me!

Fantastic bed.Handicap flat entry shower was a little awkward to use with a flat floor directly to the shower floor. A little wet beyond the shower floor. Great staff. Make sure to know if it is an adjoining room or not.
