christopher.partnerDec 31, 2024 This place is one of my favorite lodging places in oregon hands down. Affordable prices, family that runs this place are incredibly nice, and you are a very short distance to downtown bend where alll the nightlife and good restaurants are at!
I'll will continue to stay here and nowhere else in bend during the many times throughout the year that i do visit this city.

philip.familyDec 03, 2024 From the beginning, this motel is the best deal we have ever had. The owner is happy and cheerful. The price of the large and fully equipped room is a bargain. The bed is excellent. Everything was done to make our stay a good one. We highly recommend this motel.
The check-in was easy. The manager at the front desk was very nice, and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Will most definitely stay there again.

For the price, my expectations were set accordingly. However, I have stayed for places costing 3x as much who I could compare. Some of the furniture is dated, some of the room has been updated. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Bigger than average refrigerator/freezer, room includes microwave and sink.
Everything clean except the heater is tOo loud it keep waking me up. We booked 2 nights but we decided to drive back home on the next day at night so I can sleep well. Heater need upgrade.
This property was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Bend. It was clean and comfortable.
