We have stayed here many times because it is close to family that live nearby. The only thing different was that the elevator was not working. We had a room on the 2nd floor so not too bad. The plumbing made a whiny noise.
A Mixed Review with our Booking
First of all, because we booked thru hotels.com and not directly, asking for 2 queen beds and we needed a pet room ( which was never asked nor indicated on your site or transmitted to the hotel), we were on the 2nd floor with an “out of service” elevator! Had we booked directly, we would have been informed???
Next, we were asked for a &75 non-refundable pet fee, which was a surprise, not indicated or requested on your site! Thought we should be entitled to a partial refund for the trips up and down stairs, especially bringing up and taking down all our belongings.
Beds were very comfortable and breakfasts were tasty. Staff was friendly.
Just did not appreciate the “surprises”!

I was on the third floor asked to move to another room was not able to accommodate.Front desk was extremely busy and she was the only one working. You could tell the place needed to be vacuumed. The stairs were a mess. Many updates are needed.

Older property which needed upgrades.
Poor water in shower . Beds were creaky .
Then elevator quit and had to carry all bags down 3 flights of stairs . We had a special needs person with us that struggled to get down stairs .

Wee were on the 3rd floor. The ice machine was out of order.
The breakfast options, staff, shower products, and bed/bedding were fantastic. Very clean. Very friendly.

Nice neighborhood, quiet area. Good breakfast. Nice large lobby for visiting. The tables in the breakfast area were a little sticky feeling so we wiped them down but it didn’t help.
They cleaned the room ever other day. No street noise. Breakfast was very good.
