Don’t book it is shut down no longer in service
Booked a place through Hotels.com drove over four hours and the hotel is abandoned. It shut down no longer in service and I understand why the area was very very bad.
Save your $$ and DO NOT stay here.
My husband and I booked this on our way home from a Texas A&M football game. The room/conditions were so bad we decided to ditch the room and continue our drive home. There were cockroaches (behind the coach) in the room, the bed was dirty and unmade, there were bed pillows on the floor, it was not vacuumed, etc.
kristi.familyNov 29, 2024 The room I was first sent to was in shambles I have pictures. The room we finally got was filthy, no blankets no towels… and the staff had none to offer. The staff was rude and hard to understand! It was awful!

The bathroom had MOLD along the tub & the rail was very loose and also had MOLD.

There were dead bugs in the room and a sign posted in public view at the front desk reminding employees to spray the rooms for roaches twice a week. The entire building appeared unkempt and there were unpleasant smells throughout the building- particularly in the breakfast area and elevators. Basic amenities were missing such as 4 pillows per bed and a trash can in the bath room.
Advertised food for breakfast. Not the case, there was cereal but no milk, bread but no butter or jelly. I tried to make waffles but it was out. I finally gave up and went to mcdonalds. Our shower had water damage and smelt really bad. I did not even stay for the final night.

It was inexpensive and in a pinch an ok place to stay. Room was ok and AC as well as water worked. Water pressure was lacking. You get what you pay for so pretty much as expected. Property could use some TLC from ownership.
Rooms were clean and nice. No air conditioning in lobby or hall ways. Somewhat dirty in public areas.
This place is a literal dump. The parking lot is full of trash as well as the property around the hotel. There was nobody at the front desk. I had to call the hotel phone number to get the guy to come give us a key to the room. There are 2 flat pillows on the king size bed. They do not have extra pillows. The pull out couch was covered in dead roaches and droppings. There were no sheets in the room for the pull out. The floors are filthy. There was urine in the toilet when we checked in. We would never even consider staying here again. Just gross!

They only provided a few towels. Did not ckean the room the two days we were there.
Desk clerk was picking his toes. And room had a slight unpleasant odor.
ronnie.familyOct 14, 2024 I've stayed here many times, it's satisfactory, I guess, but the quality goes down whenever they get new management/owners. was looking forward to the free breakfast, which was paused during Covid. it was trash. a few pieces of bread, some oranges and the standard waffle machine. no sausage, bacon or eggs in sight.
I got a good nights sleep and a good shower. No luxury hotel needs a little more cleaning, but it was good for just an overnight visit off the highway.
Checkin time was at 3pm.. I was told it was at 11am

I had roaches in my room. The room and bathrooms were dirty with a moldy smell. I roughed it out but next time I need to be in that area, I will stay in Waco.

annett.familyAug 23, 2024 Could smell dust as you walk in. Chairs & carpet -old & dirty. Room looked clean but was dusty. Had to buy air fresher, disinfectant and Clorox wipes to make it bearable. Outside grass needed cutting and pool was dirty. No eggs or meat served for breakfast which ended at 8:30a. Coffee served in styrofoam cup and weak. No air either.
