Brandy was very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and even had breakfast ready by 5 AM as we were heading out early daily to hunt.

Poor customer service! I had a room booked for 2 nights for my son. When he returned for the 2nd night his key would not work. He went to the desk and was told they assumed he’d left. They claimed his door was propped open and because he’d taken his stuff with him that he’d left. He never checked out nor did he pickup the cash deposit he’d paid. They reset his room key and when he went to the room it had been stripped. No bedding, no towels! He went back down and was handed towels and bedding and had to make his own bed! When I FINALLY was able to reach the manager who had not returned my calls she argued with me about several things. Horrible customer service! I was told she would have to speak to the owner to see if they’d do for us. I have serious doubts that the owner will care any more than the manager does!

amanda.familySep 29, 2024 This is a 1/2 star hotel, do not book here unless you are in an absolute bind! I would never stay here again, the rooms smelled so bad you couldn’t breath one of the rooms had blood on the sheets and the other one had black stains in 4 different spots in it!

The owner was really rude and did not acknowledge us as guests. And waited $35 dollars for early check in with cash. So we had to pay so we could get to our destination..
I wouldn’t recommend but it’s the only hotel in Mora go to Hinkley only 20 miles away!!
Lobby really warm! Poor staff was sweating checking us in!
The young lady was very professional but her system is outdated and she had a problem checking us in she called her manager for help which really was no help to her was very unprofessional and did understand the whole problem because she was drunk
The check in person was a little rude but never had to deal with her after that.
The staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the pool and hot tub were in good condition.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water was awful! It had a terrible smell and taste. The eggs at breakfast were vey dry.
It was a nice room; however, it was very expensive for what we received. There isn’t much to choose from for places to stay in Mora. We appreciated we had a place to sleep because it rained very hard that night!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful on the day we checked in...even came to the room to assist with understanding television function.
One concern was inadequate access to functioning electrical outlets at the bedside table for TWO CPap/BiPap machines. We needed to use our own adapter to adapt the one which worked.
The very low height of the toilet was also a problem we needed to adjust to. Any remodeling needs to take toilet height into consideration.
