Noise isolation could be better, but overall it was nice for such price.

The description was wrong. The room is nowhere near the convention center. Parking costs $18 or more a day and you must reserve a space with your reservation. There are four spaces only. Other people might park in your paid space. I was informed that I’d have a bathroom in my room, but the bathroom was outside my room, with a lock, in the common space. Arthur, the reservation booker is rude and distrspectful.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this accomodation! It was spotless and located in a great, safe area, which made exploring Los Angeles so convenient. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to assist with a special query we had, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered, and I would definitely return if we visit Los Angeles again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, everything was nice and clean and felt very safe from everything being coded and gated! This is a perfect place to be if you’re around the LA area for a concert at the Wiltern, food is very close by and everything at your convenience is just a 5-10min drive away. Will be staying here again!!

We were told the next day that we had to switch units because they had a pest control that couldn’t be rescheduled. I was not physically on the property and my son had to haul all our luggage and carry one back downstairs and back upstairs to another room that was not better or bigger but according to the owner it is. The inconvenience can not be stressed enough since both rooms were on the third floor, there is no elevator. We were constantly texted about this arrangement then text the next day to be checked out by 11 so the cleaners can come and accommodate the next guest. We got no rest, it was a defeated purpose

There were ants crawling on the bed, it was clearly a newly built unit, which was nice having New aesthetic and a new home field. Unfortunately, my room did not have a bathroom inside of it like expected. It was outside of my room that I had to use a key in order to get into the bathroom. Walking out of my room to the bathroom. I passed through the living room, which is shared space for everyone and also is combined with the kitchen. From my room, I could hear every little noise, and definitely did not feel comfortable leaving the room unless it was to leave the house. Amount of stressful trouble I had in just getting in the unit was a story of its own. Poor visit and they have a lot of systemizing and management to do for this to work in a successful way.

We have the worst experience ever, the parking was terrible we paid on front and all the time that we got there someone else were parking at our spot we dont have a spot to park and we park behind another car and they call the tower service at 2am this is ridiculos, they charge $271. Ants all over this was very bad experience.
Not a good fit for families/travel w littles

Never again. Was constantly dealing w some sort of issue and was charged extra for everything. Twice the gate entrance was blocked ( no “no parking” signs posted out front), none of the lamps turned on and there was no where to hang our towels and wet clothes. This is not an ideal stay for families. There’s security cameras everywhere which gave everyone the feeling of being watched. Most importantly, the listing was not transparent about the fact that the main living space would be shared with other people. I have 2 small kids and a wife and all of us were unprepared and I was not made aware that it was a hostel. The person over text did accommodate And upgraded us to a private room which was nice but still an inconvenience for the price we paid. The second place had no thermostat so my family and I slept so uncomfortably. Parking is 18 dollars per day but was blocked twice by other cars (1 guest, 1 staff) on 2 separate occasions . The guy only charged me for 1 night and patted himself on the back :/ This HOSTEL/so called hotel is fine if it’s a couple adults or single person, definitely not a friendly stay for families as advertised.

This property has its perks as it is in the middle of all tourist destinations - from Crypto Arena to Hollywood Walk of Fame. All destinations, are just a bus ride away. The downside of this property was the area. The neighbours of this property were very loud at night, so if you stay here.. keep that in mind. (This could however, be an unlucky experience on our behalf.) The property was overall an average stay. I would recommend this property if you are accompained by a larger group. If however, you are with a family of 3-4 be expected to share this property with the possibility of 3 other families.
Less than expected

Not a typical hotel room. Although the bathroom was just used by me, it was next to the bedroom in the common area (kitchen and living room). It was noisy, since I could hear every conversation, dishes clattering, the microwave, and faucet whenever someone was there.

Building was a residential duplex, not a hotel. No business signs. No onsite check in or check in instructions posted at the location. Room was not ready almost 4pm. Rented 1 room, but received access codes for 4 guest rooms. Paid for parking and was assigned specific spot, other vehicles were in the spot both times we tried to park. Manager did not respond to texts. Must pass through residents living area to get to the room. 3” gap under the room doors – could clearly hear residents watching tv and eating while in room with the door closed. Common thermostat for all rooms in the hallway was set at 75F. Turned down to 70F but someone quickly turned it back up. Lodging was not connected to the convention center as stated in the listing.

Unsafe and misleading description. Note that you would have to share common living space and kitchen area with anyone in the house. In addition to finding hairs in the bed and bathtub, someone’s bag of garbage was left on the kitchen counter. I would not feel safe for my wife or daughter to be alone in that house. When the price is too good to be true, it usually is not worth it.
Noisy but fine.

The place was overall fine. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and fridge. There are 3 inch gaps under the door so you can hear everything going on in the rooms and common area. Was very noisy.

This place is completely misrepresented. As soon as I got to the property I found out that my room did not have an attached bathroom, I would have to go out of my room through shared spaces to access a bathroom. The photos shown did not indicate that all the space outside of the actual bedroom was shared. The listing also listed a TV, which was also not in the room but only in the shared space. I contacted the manager as soon as I arrived to let them know this was a safety and privacy concern. As I would be having surgery and needed access to a private bathroom, which is what was advertised on the listing. The manager told me to contact hotels.com, who referred me back to the manager of the listing. Despite the space not aligning with the listing, despite being made aware it was a safety and privacy concern with strangers walking around as I would attempt to access the bathroom post op, despite me not touching anything and immediately removing my belongings, the listing only agreed to refund me parking. I was left hunting for an adequate, safe location at 11pm the night before my procedure. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Also the parking is extremely tight, and the neighborhood is very run down around the listing.

Building was a residential duplex, not a hotel. No business signs. No onsite check in or check in instructions posted at the location. Check in was supposed to be available at 3 pm, but room was not ready almost 4pm. Rented 1 room, but received access codes for 4 guest rooms. These codes could be guessed in 8 attempts or less. Asked owner to change our room code, after change the code still not secure. Paid for parking and was assigned specific spot, other vehicles were in the spot both times we tried to park. Manager did not respond to texts. Owner said to park in another spot. Must pass through residents living area to get to the room. 3” gap under the room doors – could clearly hear residents watching tv and eating while in room with the door closed. Common thermostat for all rooms in the hallway was set at 75F. Turned down to 70F but someone quickly turned it back up. Parking situation and security were never resolved. The manager/owner refused to cancel and provide any refund. No other businesses or dining were close by. The rooms were clean. We left the room and checked into a real hotel the first evening.
Decent stay

The listing is misleading. But overall it was easy and good stay. We came to a concert and it was convenient location. If you don’t want to share a living room with other strangers, I would not book here but if its in and out stay, its very convenient.
Very nice place to stay.

Second time here and it’s still impressed. I got to say this place is a serious bargain, Excellent location, 5 minutes to Korean town, Plenty of good restaurants.. There's little to nothing to ad to my last review, besides that my stay there was again wonderful.
