william.partnerNov 13, 2024 Staff was great, especially Mary and Janet at the front desk. They were very accommodating and made sure we were set with anything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was mediocre (which is not at all a reflection on the staff), it’s obvious the hotel itself instead of choosing fresh food to prepare/cook they went the premade/frozen route. Beside the breakfast, the room was clean, only problem we had was the fridge needed to be replaced because it didn’t work but the staff fixed it instantly. The hotel was very quiet day and night, which was nice considering how close it is to a main road.

sarahi.partnerOct 19, 2024 Our room was great up until our next door neighbor was banging on our wall while me and my husband were having a conversation. We were not being loud or disturbing anyone.
We decided to go get snacks and our same next door neighbor opened the door exactly when we did and he yelled as we walked out to the hall. This made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The last thing was that room service tried to slam the door open with our nocking first.
A little noisy and neither ice machine was working. Otherwise very nice.

fabiola.familyOct 06, 2024 Property was ok. Breakfast should be at 6 or 6:30am. Pool should open earlier than 8am. Also, upon arriving, there was a glitch in the system and we were not able to check in. We had an event to attend we were able to check in afterwards. However, it would have been great to check in upon our arrival to rest before going to the event. Staff was friendly and apologetic when we arrive and they had the glitch. Upon leaving it was not the same friendly staff. They were a bit rude when asking if we could check out 30 min later, there was a rude no as a response.

leslie.familyOct 01, 2024 Nice and clean but not a great sleeping experience for a place called Sleep In. The vehicle noise from the main road outside was quite loud.
New property. Clean. Polite staff
Staff spent at least a half hour trying to fix out tv. After she was unable she gave us an option to move rooms or recieve a discount. We agreed upon a discount. When we checked out the staff working said they knew nothing about a discount and none was applied.

Nice clean rooms. Beds on the softer side. Breakfast was missing some items, like gravy but no biscuits. Overall, good place to stay.
Booked and paid for 2 nights thru Expedia. Hotel claimed we only booked one night. We had to pay hotel for our 2nd night to keep our room. Ended up payimg 2x for the 2nd night. Ill never book this hotel or use Expedia again!
