    Good location - mediocre hotel

    The location of the hotel is fantastic - very near to times square, circle line and big bus tour start point. However the rooms are quite small, though heating is good. Complimentary breakfast is terrible. You better eat outside.

    Hotel has very rude staff, i was given a room which has continuous running flush problem, which hotel people could not fix it, i had a terrible night. Breakfast is ok, typical cold manhattan hotel bf. Safety wise is ok

    Bed and breakfast hotel at heart of NYC

    Good hotel for budget travellers travelling alone or with small families. Very professional service, slightly small rooms, limited menu for breakfast. However very conveniently located if the purpose of your visit is Midtown or nearby times square.
