Pros: location is good cons: the rooms are really small. The bed is smaller than a queen size and no table to work or keep the luggage. They literally charge for extra everything else like tooth brush paste. They charge c
usd 3 per bag if youbuse the clock room. Water bottle is not provided you have to go to 4th floor to take water. Please note hotel charges additional usd 94 at the time of check over and above what pay on make-my trip. Please be careful.

Pathetic rooms and neatness. The ac vents are rusted, they don't provide any bath essentials even as basis as towels, bodywash or hand wash, no water bottle provided despite of charging additional amount close to 50 usd per night as resort fee. The rooms stink and so do the corridors. The worst experience of my entire travel in us.

Staff was friend but couldnt give checkin until late even though it was a rainy day in newyork and coudn’t get checking until 4 so had to roam around while ut was raining in the city. Despite being told by staff to check around 2 get checkin

Check in not helpful and no value for money. I paid for 2 night and room is very small and tight asked for water they ask for charge. And no help full staffs don’t stay again

Terrible stay and hidden charges

First the hidden charges. I paid the cost of one day which was shown in the booking link. After reaching hotel they are asking for additional usd80 for two days, which is nearly half of the total cost shown at teh beginning. The assigned room was very small than that was shown in the booking. The room is not maintained good. Even no trash bin in the room. No space to keep our luggages. If there was any option for cancellation i would have moved out to another hotel, but the payment is done and it will be long process.. I stayed one week in new york but this two days was the terrible stay they are charging usd 3 per bag as stoarage charge when keep luggage there after check out. This charging on luggage is only in this hotel in the surrounding area.

Property's location is good amenities and services are also good. We really like the place. The coffee and snacks were also good. The staff is helpful
Rooms were deceptive in pictures. They were so small that i could not even open my bag on the floor or i could not store more than 2 bags in entire room. when we asked them to store our bags in their clock room for 1 hour, they charged us 3 usd per bag which is ridiculous. Don't suggest staying here at all.

House keeping - 5 / 5
Lobby - 3 / 5 (ratting it as per the expectation of the brand name)
Room size - 5 / 5 as per photos and description on the website
Room cleanliness - 4 / 5, Room per se was nice, but I asked for a room with a view. What the view was is not part of the review (blah), but whatever it was I should have been able to see it. The windows weren't clean.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

We stayed there for 5 nights and the room size is typical newyork size. Beware of queen size beds it cannot sleep 2 adults. We asked for a king size bed and they made us pay extra. After paying 300$ a night the bed quality is pathetic and toiletries as below standards

Terrible experience! Although the location and ambiance around the hotel is fabulous the in-hotel stay experience was horrible. I was staying with my wife and my stay was 5 days long. Problems started on day 1, with no water in the basin. After registering a complaint at the reception, I was assured it would be taken care of. Nobody bothered to do anything for the next 2 days. On reregistering the complaint a maintenance guy eventually shows up and told me he would check and be back, but never came back. Furious, finally I went to the reception for the last time and as on previous occasions they quoted,” its unacceptable on the hotel's behalf for such unprofessionalism and attitude towards guests, and we will look into it”.The next day on checkout( the basin still not fixed), I was handed a facility bill. So overall I will summarise that my stay was uncomfortable, the staff was negligent and attitude was reluctant thus making it unprofessional.
