Hotel stay with family best experience

We stayed for one night and the service was too good. Me and my family were very happy with the service. The breakfast was too good, and the room was spacious and good.

Terrible experience

Full hotel was under renovation which was very annoying
early morning at around 4 am there was loud noise from the other room and after complaining no action was taken
breakfast was not at all upto the mark and maximum items was finished while lot of guests was having breakfast
overall the experience was terrible which was not expected from the sheraton group of hotels

Location is great - walking distance to the falls and all the attractions around. The hotel room is large with two queen beds comfortably placed. Plenty of parking - however, a bit costly!
breakfast spread is adequate. There is a set of vending machines for immediate hunger relief as most eating joints close early in the town.

Not efficient front desk

Had to argue to get them acknowledge that i have breakfast added. Charged me for parking without consent and that too when i didn’t bring any car to hotel. Had to get them reverse the charge

Good Hotel to stay near Niagara Falls

safety is also good…. but not cleaning rooms daily… service and hospitality is vey low
