kennedy.friendsDec 09, 2024 The staff is amazing, I never experienced any issues with them during my stay however the rooms are not properly cleaned or maintained. At check in there were already issues, it is stated everywhere online that the check in age is 18, you call the hotel and it sends you directly to corporate who also confirmed with me the check in age was 18. It in fact was not 18, you have to be 21 to check into this hotel. Beyond that after checking into our room with slight difficulty my bed had a dirt stain (shoe print) on the “clean” sheets, the floor and stove top were also not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, after settling in and buying my own cheap set of pans I began to make dinner (beware this hotel does not offer anything at all to cook with, no utensils, pots, or pans) as I was washing my hands I noticed the sink was clogged and the garbage disposal was not functioning, so another trip to the front desk and I had to switch rooms, the last issue I had was having to go to the front desk to get my key card reset twice because I couldn’t even enter the hallway to get to my room. The room ended up working fine for our little weekend stay for a concert but I will definitely not be back.

It was close to work. The property is going through a renovation, that is a plus. However, bathrooms need to be cleaned a little better. The bathroom tub had a bad smell most of my stay (7 nights).
The night shift front desk man could use more customer service etiquette.
One day halfway through my stay I had to jump in the shower before heading to work, I turned the shower on, and to my surprise there was no water! I called the front desk and was told that the main water line had to be tuned off due to a repair that the hotel was going through. Very inconvenient as I had to run to work and shower in the men’s locker room! A warning from management would have been nice.

Enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the air conditioner didn't work, and I had to get ready for a concert in a hot room. I didn't even get a new room til after I got back from my concert. Other than that, the staff were pretty friendly.

Quick stay in a very nice room- everyone at the front desk was nice at both check in and check out. Room was large and very clean. I was very impressed with the size and cleanness of the bathroom.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Nice, clean room and the price was great for having a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. No coffeemaker. Building wasn't secure, some outside doors were propped open all night. Overall good experience, and would book again.
hughmel.familyMay 09, 2024 While it appears they are renovating the property, these renovations are being done by amateurs. We stayed in a newly renovated room. The chemical smell made it difficult to sleep. There were paint splashes all over the floor, countertop, and stove. There were outlet covers missing from the walls, the room was dusty, and doesn't look like it and been properly cleaned. The television was mounted to the wall crooked. The only bright spot was the extremely friendly staff at the front desk.
It seemed to be under construction but the room we had was clean and updated. However the beds were a little small and very hard. Overall a good experience.
I gave this place a two star for convenience. When I first got there, they couldn’t find my reservation. Once that was finally settled, my husband and I get to our room…the floor is dirty. There’s no tissue, no soap. The tub was filled with dry wall. The bathroom sink leaked from the pipes under it when you turn the sink on. The bed was hard. The hallway was filled with random trash, work equipment, Roku sticks. Just dirty. The walls are extremely thin. All night it sounded like somebody was above us stomping expect we were on the top floor!!
Unannounced under renovation (bad sloppy renos) from the website description. THE SITE SAYS FREE BREAKFAST but there was none. I called the front desk just to ask when it ends and he said: “I don’t know nothing about a free breakfast”
Also our floor were so dirty that we ended up placing some towels down near the bathroom/sink area after me wiping it a bit before. Everything else was nicely clean. PS: bedsheets not so soft, but whatever.
When I booked this trip there was no report of a remodel so the pool was closed, no breakfast, and I think I got the wrong room! I asked for 2 queen beds and I think I got 2 double beds. The room itself was nice and clean. Trying to find this hotel was hard also bc they are changing names and it wasn’t labeled as the new name on this site the old name was gone of the sign. And it wasn’t on the main path to find. Please make sure that the right name and any updates are labeled so other customers don’t have the same experience!
