The check in staff was very rude to the people in front of us having an issue with their check in.. it took 36 minutes from time we walked in until check in due to that - they were the ONLY people in front of us. there is a dennys in this building as well- which is where you need to use the restroom if you didn’t get to check in yet and they were the smelliest most disgusting bathrooms ever.. Our room was decent- the fan on the heater was squeaking all night long .. I’d never return to this Ramada ..

There were a lot of tiny ants in the room. The floors were dirty with hair and dust along the walls.

Got there at 3:00 am and they said I could check in early and told me my room for the 19th was canceled. I should her it was booked and paid on 9/13/24 she said it didn’t show paid then charged by card for $ 161, told me to come back in the morning to make a new reservation which I did and they charged by card for about $ 204, $ 175 & $ 215. NOT VERY HAPPY!!!

Overall very good. Only complaint the room i was in the shower was not great and water interspersed hot and cold. Other than the shower the room was very clean and comfortable. Was glad it didn't have any smokey smell.

This hotel is beautiful. My only complaint is the power went out for over two hours in the morning. I wasn't able to brew coffee or dry my hair before checkout time. Otherwise it was perfect

Do not stay at this property. It is disgusting. Old, dirty, smells musty. The room was clean to the touch, but there was built up dirt in the corners that would need a chisel to get it out. The one outside door had no security lock on it so anyone would be able to walk-in. There were homeless people sleeping in the next parking lot. We were given the wrong room to begin with which worked out to our advantage because we were able to move our car so we could see it. Thank goodness, because at 4:00 in the morning we were woken by the sound of teenagers outside looking at our car. Very scary and my husband didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. Ramada Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name of the place and to charge what they do is outrageous!
