The Germantown area was very, very nice. Great to walk around with many eating places...only problem was most places closed early. Went for my grandson's wedding...wonderful place to stay...little pricey but enjoyed the area...

Nice quaint hotel. Staff were extremely friendly. Restaurant connected to lobby had a nice menu. I would definitely go back to this hotel for a longer stay.
Overall I love staying at the Chestnut Hill Hotel and stay there frequently. I think the overall decor (rugs, elevator interior, etc.) could use a little updating but overall it's a great place to stay. Staff could not be friendlier, they are always delightful.
was a wonderful find for Chestnut Hill visitors like us - the room was nicely decorated, the lobby welcoming, the service first class AND there was an electric vehicle charging station in the parking lot. Who could ask for anything more - thank you !

The hotel is very nice, the plants and flowers outside are beautiful.

The elevator is very slow but you just need to leave sufficient time if you need to get somewhere

This charming hotel is in the perfect location -- the heart of Chestnut Hill! The convenient location is perfect to walk to nearby shops/restaurants, hop the train to Center City, or to take the bus down Germantown Avenue. The free breakfast and the onsite restaurant is a bonus. And the staff is so kind! The only improvement areas are that the traditional decor could be modernized alittle and they should include breakfast meats at the complimentary breakfast. Overall, a great hotel!
I am from Mount airy, and my bridal shower was thrown here; however, I’ve never stayed at the hotel before. It is a great property.
