There were some serious service issues in the hotel that is room service then at breakfast the staff seemed to pay less attention to people who were not spanish n who were not europeans so there was partiality it was difficult to get a cup of coffee in the morning n i had to call 2 to 3 times before the coffee came. Hardly any body understood english so it was impossible to communicate any thing that u wanted to the staff i want to convey all points to the hotel thx
