As of my stay at the hotel dolce premises very nice with amenities. But the experience of ground staff (receptionist) very bad cause they are talking very rudely. We have requested via email to hotel for early check in but it was depends on availability as we are agreed but after reaching there staff told us there is no availability so have to wait and after we confirmed the charges they have given 1 room at 10:00am which was bad unrealistic things. Water: there is only 4 water bottle per day with 350ml it means 1. 4ltr how can 2 person survive for 24 hours with 1. 4ltr water. Also room number 1212 (2nd room) telephone not working and complaint but 3rd day we got the solutions. Many more small reasons which i don't want to share due to time restrictions.

Par excellence. Super courteous staff and a fine room. The restaurant is a must visit for non vegetarian folks.

The room was very clean and decent, i was upgraded to a premier lake view room and view was amazing, amazing pool to swim, must visit hotel

Spa station is very worst, staff are rude. Front desk is good. No vegetarian option in breakfast, only some fruits were there.

I booked this hotel through mm t after doing some research. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of old quarter hanoi so makes it a good location of you don't want the hustle of crowded area. Rooms are nice and well done. However the hotel policies and staff are not very friendly, esp the restaurant manager who is rude. It was a disappointing experience overall due to the staff and service. They were very rigid about their policies and didn't really think much of the customers. Restaurant manager was very rude in her conversation. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless they don't care about how they are treated.

Hotel feels like you are staying in palace with excellent rooms and gold everywhere. Rooftop swimming pool is excellent. Little far from city center. Nice staff who kept breakfast boxes ready at 3 am.

The hotel just provides 355ml water bottles. Don't give any details of the hotel to guests when you arrive. They just show they are 5 star rating no room service at night means you can't order anything at night. They tell you to order. But as a vegetarian there is always an issue of food.
