Mostly hotel staff look angry at indian travellers, making us feel we enjoying the trip with their money, if you don't believe me you can personally visit and check the face of a lady named nadia in the lobby banquet, she is very annoying and she doesn't know hospitality, a head person should train their staff n teach them good hospitality, in future no indian traveller will stay at your hotel if you continue with this kind of behaviour, i know your hotel getting good business with indian travellers and companies, give them reward with a warm welcome for their pleasant stay

Great 5 star hotel. Morning buffet served good plenty of fruits and good meat great room size and good interior overall good for money

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The hotel Staff is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms pool view city view. Overall good experience. Must say will come again

The hotel located in the city but MARKED 5 STAR INFRONT OF THE HOTEL MY FEELING ONLY FOR 3 STAR, BECAUSE THIS HOTEL MAY BE MORETHEN 10 YEARS OLD, HOTEL SERVICE ARE AVERAGE, BUT CLEENING IS GOOD. 70 % BRAKE FAST ITEMS ARE VIATNAM STYLE.
