    The hotel staff was not friendly and welcoming and charging extra for guests even though i booked double occupancy

    1. Check-in experience we were told that our room would be available by 1:00 pm. However, we were made to wait until 2:00 pm, which is the standard check-in time. It would have been more transparent if we were informed upfront that early check-in was not possible, rather than causing unnecessary inconvenience. 2. Room misrepresentation i booked the room based on the description and pictures that clearly indicated the availability of a window and a certain level of spaciousness. However, the room that we were provided was significantly smaller than advertised and lacked a window, resulting in poor ventilation. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. 3. Lack of customer support despite my efforts to resolve the issue, neither the hotel staff nor service offered any meaningful assistance. Instead, i was asked to pay extra to upgrade to a better room, which felt unfair given that the initial booking did not meet the advertised standards. I had no choice but to accept the room, as i did not want to lose the money already paid for the booking. 4. Cleanliness and comfort issues to add to the dissatisfaction, the washroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed was not comfortable, the overall experience was far below what i expected.

    Very good location but poor quality hotel. It’s located very close to been thanh market and is a very convenient location. However, the property is average with old and small room. We had too many ants in our room.

    The hotel is located near bentanh market and walking street. The breakfast was good. We had to stay in a hotel nearby for the 1st day as the staff informed that the room is having some issue, apart from that everything was good

    The room had no leg space for me to move or wear clothes. The bathroom door was cracked in few places. The bedsheets torn dirty mattress. Room service was bad. Beds changed every 3rd day. No toilet was cleaned in my 6 days long stay. No mopping of room

    The hotel is very close to the main area and right next to the been thanh market. Vegetarian breakfast is unavailable, however the staff is really kind.

    Pay only for 3 star and enjoy as like as five star warm welcome start from your car arrived at main gate bell boys on duty starts to give you 5 star guest facility all staff all time same behaviour till checkout and your luggage loaded in car
