It was good experience. The staff was cooperative. Daily housekeeping is there. Provided brush, paste, comb shampoo etc every day.

I am not stay here valentine's day room is not give room she is told meno room but make my-trip take amount and confirm the room after i call makemytrip but no response that side finally i book another room totally waste for the response both side

Apart from location nothing was great or good at all. When we had arrived first day they denied to provide us the room as they were full occupied hence they provided us another room at their different hotel which was not at bui vien. Again next day they called us valentine hotel as per our booking but again they had messes up the entire situation. We had booked family room but they gave us small room as all family rooms were booked however our all booking was done though they did not consider. If anyone stay at this hotel do not expect any good service from their end just you will enjoy awesome and fantabulous location vibes as hotel is on exact starting point of bui vien walking street.

When i reached the hotel they said ac is not working and sent us to some other hotel, which was not at all goods. There were so many ants.

Worst experience. When we arrived they said since we check in late, they gave it to other customers. While booking we clearly mentioned that we will check in late. We were placed in another shabby hotel. Since we were tired we didn't write any complaints.

Hotel is good. But we have sound problem through out the night. Because this is very busy street in the night. If u have kumbhakarna sleep or if you can sleep in the morning, this hotel will be ideal for u.

Location good food joints available nearby partying place. Will recommend for people who come for partying with friends
