Enough rooms for our family and good heating.
Property was disappointingly old and in need of maintenance.

Location is good but building needs a bit of update. Toilet was leaking & not fixed.
I took my partner and her family just for one night to stay here. The manager was extremely welcoming and friendly along with her 2x four legged friends. The houses were well equipped and lovely. Amazing location and overall great experience. Highly recommend!
Excellent location & amenities. However, maintenance is poor: broken Venetian blinds; patio door has dropped & is extremely difficult to shut & lock; gardens poorly maintained; bathroom windows have no winder handle -> passers-by could see into shower & windows couldn't be locked.
rebecca.familyJan 06, 2024 The communication from the owners was amazing. They kept us informed and provided us clear instructions prior to arrival. The property had a free washing machine and dryer to use which was a great service.
The property was not clean at all, the table was sticky, the crockery was not clean and the inside of the pantry had ring marks from the glasses.
The iron kept tripping the power of the property, so we could not use this.
The property had a damp/musky smell as soon as we opened the door, even though the window were open. The toilet bowl was loose and was not secure to the floor.
I would not recommend staying here at all, as we were quite disappointed.

We loved the beach house! It's been made with such quality and attention to detail. Everything's been thought of and we so quickly felt at ease when we arrived, to the clean, light and bright space.
The beach is a few hundreds meters down the road, you can hear it at night- it’s divine. We fell in love with the seaside lifestyle!
We will be back and recommend to all who want great accomodation and amenities within the area.
Although the loft terrified my girls (26&16) it was a nice setting - loved the fireplace but would have liked more timber in the wet day/night

ming y.familyApr 25, 2023 The condition of the villa is not well maintained , smells mouldy and kitchen equipment such as stove and kettle are too old, rusty.
The room is pretty clean and view is alright from the villa, the location is superb with shops nearby.
Overall, my experience was mixed. On the one hand, the villa was spacious and cozy, which I appreciated. The heat lamps in the bathroom were a nice touch and the amenities all worked well, including the smart TV. The check-in process was also easy and the villa was conveniently located within a short walking distance to the shops.
However, there were also several areas for improvement. The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed, which was not ideal. I was also disappointed to find stains on the bath towel and dandruff on the bed. The tables were sticky and the bed was very hard. Additionally, the villa was nestled in the neighbourhood and did not have an ocean view. Parking was also tight and I could hear other guests late into the night. Finally, I was expected to wash dishes and take out the bins after my stay, which I felt was unreasonable given the high room rate of upwards of $250. The villa also looked tired and in need of maintenance.
Overall, while there were some positives, the negatives outweighed them.
janine.partnerFeb 12, 2023 Loved location. Boat house was not very clean,the floor was sticky and my husband got tinnier from the spa bath that also housed the shower. So we were very hesitant in using the spa, very disappointed. During the night it rained we woke up to water on the kitchen table and floor.
The garden needs a good tidy up.

It does need abit of maintenance.it was great we could park within our villa carport, it was abit tight however trying to navigate through the garden. Our villa was advertised with a spa/ jacuzzi. We went to use this and Jetts did not work. I called the host Amanda and text her but no reply. This was disappointing. The following day we checked out and still no follow up. One toilet paper roll and no spare in a unit for up to 5 people. I emailed the property and again no response. I did not want to post a review and instead contacted property directly to give them an opportunity to respond to the issues. They have not. Overall, disappointing.
