Easy access to CBD. friendly staff. Very basic small rooms. Clean and over a pub, so not ideal if you want silence in th evenings. 1 flight of stairs, Coles supermarket nearby, open daily until late.
Good room. Had everything i needed. The only inconvenience was having a bathroom down the hallway.
Convenient location with good dining
Clean and quiet, handy to the airport, and a good cafe a couple of doors down.

Great value, warm room, great bed, excellent shower, good food in the cafe-dining end of Charles St.
Carpet in the room was dirty like years never vacuum. Single bed surprisingly very low. Flat pillows.
Heater was good.
Shower is good have hot water and very quickly to heat up. Bathroom is very clean. But not the room unfortunately.
Surrounding area is good. Nice food and coffee shops around.

Cosy warm room with huge ensuite. Hot water instantly in shower, great staff, very helpful. Excellent wifi and tv.
Not bad. Room was a bit cold, but there was a cold snap weather-wise.

The property is clean and conveniently located, great value. Our room did not have an ensuite, but we did have a separate private bathroom across the hall. This was a bit inconvenient and unexpected. However for just 1 night it was ok.

Staff great, great food, fantastic location, would recomend to friends, happy to stay again
There was an internal door in the room that gave access to the room next door, which made it possible to hear clearly what was happening on the other side of the wall. I don't recommend it if you want a quiet night's sleep. Other than that, the hotel staff was very friendly.
