Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne

The first thing I would rate when it comes to my stay with the Radisson was the friendly and helpful front desk staff, I liked the way they themselves would come and offer me help which is something rarely seen in other Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbournes that I have stayed in Australia. Marsha and Eldo Jacob were very helpful and friendly no matter how many times I reached out to them for help, these two were the names of the staff I can remember, every other staff was also very helpful. I stayed in a standard Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne room, the room was neat and well-maintained, I got a Parkview which made it nicer. The room as such was spacy and comfortable, the bed and the pillows were comfortable, the lamps and the overall room lighting was excellent. There were sufficient good mirrors, and clothes hangers. The in room technology was one of its class, with user manual guides for operating and handling everything in the room, which made it very easy to handle things by self. The television was great too with good number of free channels and other options like movies for a price. The couch and the coffee table was on the okay side, it wasn't easy to move the coffee table and it would get detached from the bottom. The bathroom was very spacy, and the toilet was neat and clean, the toiletries were good but they didn’t have a toothbrush with paste or a mouth wash. There were ample number of towels in all lengths, they were neat and tidy but few looked bit older and faded. The temperature control on the shower was very out dated and hard to get the optimum temperature, you have to keep turning the hot water and cold water levers but would end up drenching yourself in either very hot or cold showers, the shower they had at the gym was excellent, it was easy to use and you would get easy warm water. The in room mini bar was good with variety of options, the tea and coffee making options were also good, the kettle had few stains gifted to them by an earlier guest I believe. They don’t have a microwave, so you have to eat out or buy food from outside else you have the option of going for a room service or dining at the HQ, I did try HQ few times, it was on the costly side but it was delicious and was served by friendly staff. They don’t have a guest coin laundry inside, so if it is a short stay you should be okay with your clothes washing. They also don’t have a microwave or basic kitchenette items like a knife, plate, fork or a spoon, so sometimes it would be hard to eat or cut something but these items were not mentioned in their amenities, so I am just mentioning it here so that you don’t get surprised if you were looking for these amenities in the room. The Jacuzzi spa at the top level was awesome, it gives a good view of the city from above. Sauna and gym are other good options in this Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne. The location of the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne is also good, it is a walk able distance to the Flagstaff Railway station and close to few free tram routes which would take you to the heart of the CBD. It is also a walk able distance to the Elizabeth Street. Overall it was a nice and enjoyable stay worth the money paid to the Hotel but there is definitely room for improvement with their standard rooms when you consider the brand name Radisson on it.

We had a great time at Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens. It was right at the centre of the city. We had a room overlooking the Flagstaff gardens and it was spectacular. Tram and Train stops were just a few steps from the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne door. Victoria market was just around the corner. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You may have options to choose to go other temples for which you may get taxi and other conveyance which are available frequently.

The Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne is just a 13 minute walk from the Bourke street mall and surrounding shopping areas. The tram stop for 58 is just outside the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne and takes you to Flinders st from where you can walk to Degraves st and Flinders lane where all the best cafe s, restaurants and bars are. The room we had on the 10th floor was facing Flagstaff garden. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom fair sized and clean.

Very good staff, kind and helping. Rooms are clean and neat with essential facilities. Close to the main tourist locations in Melbourne. Tours like grayline picked us up from here. The tram station is just across the road. There is a park opposite the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed with in the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne for 4 nights with my new born this January, great location very close to tram and walking distance to Victorian market. The Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne is total value for money. The staff as well are very friendly.

This is an excellent choice for indians, the place feels luxurious is located next to queen Victoria market. Food and beverage is quite reasonable. We loved the only indian vegetarian thing on the menu. The staff is very courteous and we had an excellent times.

Room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. Location was great, close to eating joints, close to tram and train station Walking distance to queen Victoria market. Flagstaff garden was across the street which we enjoyed thoroughly for evening walks.

It's at a very central location with close proximity to stations and trams for local travel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The food too was great. It's value for money and will certainly recommend to all.

We were on way to catch early morning flight to Mumbai via Hongkong, On arrival greeted cheerfully. Checkin& checkout were very smooth. We were briefed nicely about surrounding places. Information provided was very helpful. Would love to stay again.

Raddison is located at an excellent location Tram station and subway is right at the corner It has a good theme to it and we visited during Christmas period so it was all decorated. Good resto-bar.

Hotel is good location convenient to city. Rooms are good and cosy. Infront of the door is tram stop. :Will love to stay again. Only issue was check in staff not cooperative to early check in.

It was an amazing place to stay for your honeymoon. It is located in the center of the city and the services are amazing. I will definitely suggest this to my friends. We stayed for 4 nights. Food is super yumm. Must try place

We loved the staff and the property. The staff was really accommodating and helped us when I was sick by getting the breakfast in room. The location is right across the tram station. Happy we booked this place last minute.
