    The hotel stay was amazing. The food at the restaurant was actually really tasty and good portions were served. The personal work desk in the room was an added bonus. I loved the stay there

    Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses.

    Lot of confusion for the check-in the manager look like an Asuan not looks professional. Payment at hotel of MMT was not good system. He said he has no concern our MMT customer status and will direct dealing only.

    We stayed for 3 nights- it was a very comfortable stay.The hotel is very nicely maintained and has good amenities like restaurants, spa and pool.Linen provided was clean and of good quality.So was the cleanliness of washroom and quality of toiletries.
    Very good hotel.Great service.The general manager of the hotel, herself was available to help the customers.The only thing I disliked was that even the water bottles were being charged.

    Could improve on the food menu. They need to add more items for the vegetarians. Rest is good. The receptionists Sagar and Dora were very helpful. I would be staying same place again if I ever go to Sydney again. Location is very convenient and easily accessible from Parramatta station.
