Stay was awesome and comfortable. Food was good but would better if it had few more indian food options. Transport was very easy. I loved the stay. Room service was excellent

Location is excellent. Got an upgrade at aud 20/day which was good. Some improvements in breakfast spread will help. Same menu was repeated on all 4 days.

Great place with easy access to all public transport facilities and of course hop on-hop off bus service. Was upgraded to harbor view room without any additional charge. Very friendly staff. Breakfast spread was amazing. What's more you would like to have on vaccation!

Our stay in novotel is very comfortable, rooms are clean and well maintained. It is near the main city and walking distance from hotel to market, museum and darling horbour. It was an amazing experience to see fireworks at darling on saturday evening from the hotel. Food and ambiance are lovely. Room service was excellent.

Not met our expectations

It’s on darling harbour but due to renovation work going on, we need to cross the tram track and go to the harbour area. Hotel entry is from parking area which is a little weird. When we went for checkin there was no power in the hotel which was weird again, there was no intimation from the hotel about power down and ongoing renovation work. Buffet was average, not upto the expectation for a hotel of this standard. We asked for a room upgrade, it was denied even though the hotel was not even full to 50% of its capacity. Not a great experience.

The location and cleanliness is the high point of the hotel. One should stay On the Harbour Side as the view is amazing. The best I have seen so far

The location couldn't have been better. Right overlooking darling harbour, if you have taken the harbour facing the room. I recommend one take the harbour facing room if you are getting it. It changes the experience. It is worth paying that extra money.
