The room was clean and accessible from the train station. However, the key card used to stop working every time we left. We had to go back down to fix it. One crew member was pretty rude. We were packing our bags to check out, probably 20 mins past our check out time. He just barged in and asked to leave. We were leaving, they could have charged us some extra. But it left a distaste of the entire experience.

This property is located on the main road and is infront of tram station. My double bed room was well furnished having a attached toilet and bathroom. The breakfast was very nice. The room service guys were very prompt
Nice stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy Access to all public transport … buffet breakfast was nice… all In all good experience

Good hotel with good public transport connectivity. Breakfast was good and staff was very kind. I could do early check in into the hotel after paying the charges.

Great location, but rooms are small

The location of the hotel is excellent! You get to access different lines of tram and underground trains within 5 minutes of walking. Check in was very smooth. Rooms were very small. Also, they did not provide any kettle or glass or tea/coffee sachets. Couple of lights did not work when we check in, but they fixed them in 30 minutes. We did not take breakfast, so cannot comment on it. Staffs were all very helpful.

Free WiFi available, which was a very important consideration for us. Location is excellent. The hotel is very close to Westbahnhof station which is linked to both the underground train system as well as with connectivity to places such as Salzburg and Budapest. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room with tea bags and milk powder. This was not available.

Nice location in the Vienna city. Good spacious rooms with all basic amenities, clean linen and helpful staff. Very well connected with Metro and Tram network. Direct line to Palace and International Bus Station. Recommended for stay in Vienna.

Good location. Helpful staff. Needs to provide soap, Shampoo and other necessities in toilet. Tea/coffee maker in room is a must. Must help the guests with luggage. Breakfast with more choices like Egg omelltte, fruit salad, must be added to menu.
