Good hotel, centralized location, food is very good. Staff is also good. Market is close by. All the tourist places are also nearby

The location is excellent. Facilities are good. Nice restaurant & food is awesome. Nice swimming pool. Very cooperative & helpful staff.

Close to the city center- walkable distance to the square and palace. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. A bit pricey - not sure if it’s because of the war.

Very good location. Reasonable pricing (but we went during offseason - november. Spacious room. Good, helpful reception staff. Good breakfast spread.

Good location in City center near by Grand place, shopping area and train stations. Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Less options for vegetarians though.

Great hotel

It is located in the center and most of the places to see and travel are at walking distance.
The physical rooms are clean and spacious for other hotels in Brussels. The location of the hotel allows you to access all the major attractions. The reception staff was terrible, was a major detractor for the hotel. No empathy and robotic. They need to fix this in accordance with the other facilities.
Centrally located everything s are in walk-able distance. Brussels central railway Station is hardly 10 minutes walking distance.

Good well maintained hotel, close to the city centre. Staff at the hotel was efficient and helpful. Rooms were quite good. Free WiFi in the rooms was a big help. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was decent. Recommended for short stays.
