Beautiful location… they have upgraded us to suite… which was large… beautiful decor and clean… the toilet was huge with nice bathtub… the river flowing serenely by the side with many willow trees… however when we said that we wanted to play with the bow and arrow…they couldn’t arrange it… everything else was beautiful

the location was perfect with the river flowing along and rooms were good , it’s overly priced for the amenities you get in return and there is a lot to improve on food and internet ( especially breakfast buffet) where the dishes are not filled in the buffet and a very limited breakfast menu and it’s hardly tasty.
The staff are undoubtedly friendly but lot needs to be improved w.r.t food options and internet connectivity was very bad even in the lobby … Spa is one of the highlights of the property, the therapists are really professional

It was a short stay of just two days but the property deserves all the accolades for hospitality, food, spa services, caring and friendly staff. Cherry on cake is the scenic view of the property, so calm and refreshing. One of the best properties to stay in bhutan.

Can't ask for better property for honeymoon

We booked a suite and the spacious room, tasty food, lovely washroom. Can't ask for better on a honeymoon trip. Complimentary sauna, traditional dress to wear, archery, bonfire and beautiful location made our day.

It's a very good property especially with the River flowing inside the hotel And Long gardens with it. But was disappointed with the bathroom fittings. Very old fashioned And not maintained. Even the door locks were not functioning properly. Breakfast was 7-10 Am but by 9 Am most of the containers get empty And they don't refill it unless u ask for the food item. Quality of food is good. Staff is very cordial And helpful. Most imp hotel needs ac or ceiling fans during summer. Table fans won't do.

Location of the hotel is excellent just on the river thimphu. Hospitality of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and facing the river front. Service is very good and staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is good and they try to make dishes of your choice. Overall experience was excellent.
