    No room service and no restaurant. The hotel receptionists don't understand english so communication is a big challenge.

    It is a basic hotel with minimum basics. Hard to communicate if u need any help or assistance. It appears that the guests are a burden for the front desk.

    Room electricity issue

    During my 17 to 18 days stay. I had compliant 7 to 8 times but Hotel staff not fixed our room electricity issue. Poor service.
