Great family spot for going to Grand Bend.
Very clean and comfortable
No bad to stay one night. We were put off by unpleasant smell in the hallways and dirty carpets. The bed looked like a mattress on the floor, very low, would be hard to use for older people or those with disabilities. Otherwise, not a bad choice given proximity to Grand Bend, piney and the beach.
kathleen.partnerOct 20, 2024 This hotel is located within a strip type mall. The office is on the main floor while rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator so you must be able to handle stairs and get your luggage to the room yourself.
The decor and finishing is modern and inviting.
Amenities (microwave , ice, coffee are all available ).
Staff/management is excellent, check in easy and the room is clean and comfortable.
Security issue no one at the desk
I went to check in, and no one was at the desk. I pressed the buzzer, but there was still no response. I left the hotel to visit family.

Was very good, after reading some reviews i was apprehensive, everyting clean and fresh, everything you need, coffee machine. No breakfast, but we knew that.

Lobby entrance looked like a store front in otherwise empty strip mall other than Pizza takeout.

The bedroom was ok, but there wasn’t proper pillow. Poor washroom maintenance and there was loud noise coming from the fridge during the whole night.
This was not my first time staying at this hotel. My rooms have always been clean and comfortable, but the thing i appreciate the most is how quiet the rooms are.
The room was very quiet. I got good sleeps the nights i spent there. It didhave stairs but one story is no problem. Staff was helpfull even called to return something i had forgotten. Good stay.
This place was a good value. It was clean, bed was comfortable, great shower.

Cute little room. Exactly what we needed to crash comfortably for a night. Small square pillows which were a little weird but the bed was super comfy!! Clerk was friendly and pleasant. An affordable & enjoyable stay!
No elevator but person at the desk did offer to help. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Area was ok. Close to places we wanted to visit.
