I would like to say that this hotel is good and the lighting system is low on the room and toothpaste, breakfast followed by water facilities not in the room. Besides every customer expects breakfast should be included. So, finally these are all the things that should be provided to customers.

As with all other best western hotels , the room is spacious enough especially for 1 person. there's a free shuttle to and from the airport. however, if you want pickup from the airport, you have to call the hotel which is not very convenient especially for International travellers. they should at least be able to inform you. i've asked but they didn't notify. even at the airport stand, it mentions that you need to call. there's complimentary coffee at the lobby which is also generous enough. there's a bus stop nearby for the city's public transport. what i like best was there duvet. it's different from other hotels as it's made of corrugated fabric which doesn't easily slip or slide down. it's small things like this that makes the difference . the water tank of the coffee machine in the room was not entirely cleaned , so i had to use the lobby machine. all in all, it was still worth the money especially if you're going for a flight afterwards.

Your stupid booming platform didn't provide the information that best western in mississauga canada accepts only credit card for deposit. I was stranded over there for hours before they finally accepted the cash from me. What if someone doesn't have a credit card? also your stupid customer care executive had no idea what to do.

We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 3 nights almost 3-4 months in advance and got decent deal on mmt. However when traveller reached the hotel past 12:30 am midnight, hotel refused the booking stating that the payment was declined for this reservation. Called mm t help desk immediately and they were very responsive. As per their suggestion, traveller checked in using personal credit card and within 48 hrs they resolved the payment issue with the property. Its decent hotel for the price point and offers airport shuttle 24 hrs. There is subway in the same hotel premises for your quick byte needs.

Good value for money. Timely shuttle service and friendly staff at reception. Cozy bed and clean toilet. Reasonably good complementary hot breakfast. All together had a good experience . . Other than subway not many restaurants nearby. Ideal for overnight stay

Decent for a transit stay, despite its many hiccup

Let me first get done with the cons of my stay . 1. Shuttle was convenient most of the times (we used it 4 times actually) but required a lot of waiting (and some of the shuttle vans did not have the hotel name on the side) . 2. The room had a musty smell due to the carpet and the bed covers were all wrinkled . 3. There is no in-room dining service and I had to pick up my food from the Postcard restaurant in takeaway bags. 4. There was no concierge service. To carry 4 bags after a long flight was certainly a wrong start to the stay . Now moving on to the reasons why I have still given it 4 stars out of 5 Front Desk Staff was amazing on all occasions The shuttle helped us save a lot of bucks as we used it to go to the airport and take UP transit to the city Location is superb. Near to airport, quick taxi to malls in Mississauga and also has a few restaurant options nearby, despite being on a highway. Also had a convenience store near a gas station in the same campus The rooms were quiet and spacious. The washroom had all amenities required. The cable worked fine. Overall, a comfortable stay . 5. At less than 100 CAD per night, it was a good deal indeed.
