Front desk ladies were efficient and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious
Pool and hot tub not functioning. Paid for it but didn't get to use it. "Broken" Hotel undergoing "renovation" but saw no obvious signs of such.
Heater in the room was either always in or off. Room like a sauna or ice box...
Sorry to say...not a comfortable stay.

no breakfast as advertised - renovations at building - stray dogs running in lobby as a guest surrendered their dog- lights in bathroom did not work. not very good from what i experienced at other sandman hotels.
The hot tub was barely tepid water; and although the staff tried to be agreeable, minimal recompense was possible. Rooms with a soaker tub weren’t available and they didn’t have access to boiler/ thermostat to change the temperature…. It was quite disappointing.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and have usually had a positive experience. This particular visit wasn’t the best, although not horrible. The floor’s ice machine was right up against the wall of my room (317), and a boarded up active construction area was also a few steps away. The ice machine could be quite noisy throughout the night and it woke me up multiple times, and daytime construction 10 feet away also isn’t ideal. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable, although it seemed more dated than other rooms I’ve stayed in at this property. Whenever turning on any lights in the room, they always flickered dramatically for about 10 seconds before staying on - a bit jarring and could actually be dangerous for someone with epilepsy as it was so excessive. When I went to use the pool and hot tub, the hot tub was only warm-ish and there didn’t seem to be a way for guests to access / activate the jets. On the plus side, the staff here are absolutely lovely and the location is very convenient to a ton of stuff.

This time we did not have a great sleep, the bed must be older as it sagged to the middle and you could feel the bedsprings.

The bed was infested with bugs and when I was offered another room it was discovered that the second room had bugs too forcing me to leave in the early hours of the morning.
