This is a nice hotel but I think it was more for locals as they have a lot of conferences. Staff was very friendly as they smiled but not helpful as tourist. As a tourist we need information and guidance. The service was slow paced. But definitely felt safe and secure.

For a hotel of this level, the staff was horrendous, at the registration desk, for room service, and in general, customer service.

Had a great week, staff was wonderful, very beautiful hotel. My only complaint would be low lighting in the bathroom, need brighter lights.
The staff were very attentive. As we were there for our sons funeral this was especially appreciated…

Excellent property located directly off the main highway and across the street from a huge mall and movie theatres. Staff very polite and professional. Property gorgeous with pools, spa and full gym. Lots of dining options. Recommended.

avery e.partnerJan 22, 2024 This is simply the best! It’s at least 20 minutes from the airport, so no plane noises and right across the street from a fantastic mall with international stores I’ve never seen before! The food in the restaurants here is delicious and the spa is sensational!
