    Good infra, ambiance and location. Service responsiveness needs improvement

    The hotel structure and ambiance is very nice, good for business travelers. It's in plateau, one of the best areas of Abidjan. Service responsiveness is not as suitable to the brand name Novotel.

    Business trip - spent 10 days at Novotel Abidjan

    The place is centrally located at Plateau. Perfect for business travel and leisurely evening by the bar and pool. The building is a bit old so some basics in the room like international electric adapters are missing. I really loved the outdoor bar as they play live music on most nights. Food quality is great but the menu doesn't change and it's the same on all weekdays. There aren't many stay options as such in Abidjan so this place is kind of a blessing to have in some way.

    Bathroom door is seen through no way to cover it.
