During the reservation I have made sure i put 2 requests: 1- Honeymooners welcome in the room as they are newly married ( NOT AVAILABLE) 2- Room reserved to be on higher floor (NOT FULFILLED) The guests checked in at 5:00 pm today but NONE of the 2 requests above has been done! I contacted hotel desk and sent email but no response
Property is located very close to airport, so easy to locate. Food was good and staff was cooperative

Very old hotel not worth the price

We stayed for 2 days as family of 3. The hotel is very old andfacilities including bathrooms are terrible. The fittings came out while using. The flooring had the dirt and dust accumulated for years. The ac is kind of old technology and noisy. A namesake tv is available. Going to bathroom was like feels to run outside as soon as possible. Breakfast has very limited spread and staff dont even care of your ask. I asked for ketchup 3 times and no one brought it to my table. Go for this hotel if you are looking for 'unconfortable' stay!

We asked staff to enroll the radisson rewards, however they did not register after the commitment several times. Also requested for hotel invoice through email however same not responded by the concern team

Excellent service. Huge room space. Cleanliness maintained by housekeeping. The only point which was bothering was we had asked for room service for our 5 year old for milk which cost 65le but they asked 76 twice and so we returned one time. On asking they said its for the person who is serving in the room. Not a gud idea or thought

Hi i stayed at the madison blu between the 27th and 28th of december. The hotel room are good but the breakfast and lunch buffet menu's are meager and not upto mark for the hotels standard. Staff are cooperative and pleasant. Room service is prompt and friendly.

It was amazing hotel, rooms were too big, services were. Very good and reasonable, staff was very cooperative, although they could speak very less english they tried to communicate properly, and the most imp thing, they really respects indians, veg food was not available only spring roll was there rest it had all nonveg food, amenities like spa, swimmingpool were excellent, location is very near to airport and in very rich locality.

Service was not up to radisson blu standard. The support staff were poor in communication skill, at times some of them were rude and careless. Room service was very poor and untimely. Even water bottles, tea, coffee were not filled in on daily basis. Water bottles were charged. Very disgusting! the property has lost credibility with for ever.

Very clean and neat hotel, lovely break fast spread and italian food restaurant. Location is convenient and close to airport. It helped us as we could keep the luggage when we went for alexandria trip and on way back, picked it up to go to airport. Couple of suggestions : need to have more tables for breakfast considering tourist visiting early morning. Also, breakfast staff should be able to serve tea / coffee. Every guest is trying to understand machine to get tea or coffee takes a lot of time and mess. But over all stay was very good.

A very pleasant hotel. But should have proper maintenance of sinks and bathrooms i think. As sink was not working properly. Wifi was too slow. Workimg at 30 mbps. Was not able. To get proper emails too

Hotel reception staff including manager are not well professional

During checkout they were trying to get extra money, and I lost my item in room after that I asked many time to reception and manager but they didn't respond, then I left my left, bad experience, the main thing Hotel reception staff and manager are not giving good hospitality, just saying will See and let you know but they never respond.
