    I thought it is 5 star hotel but i was informed that they are not and im paying fir 5 star service not less

    It was good experience. Only one change is if possible then you can keep more vegetarian breakfast. But anyhow it was wonderful stay. Thank you

    Room is very neat and tidy, good house keeping. No menus and extension details are listed in the room. Carpets needs to be replaced.

    This hotel is close to airport and far away from the downtown. Half hour driving from this hotel. You can reach the Cairo market or shopping Center. The room size is good. Very friendly staff but communication is poor.
