Handy location for river and restaurants
Bordeaux is fantastic and this hotel was a gem. A little out of the way but in its own vibrant district, the centre is very reachable. Definitely recommended
My room was clean and adequate. The area is clean and safe.

Good value hotel, in a great location.
Great little value hotel, no frills rooms, but really clean, and well serviced every day.
In a really nice area for bars, restaurants and shops.
Approximately 15 minutes walk to the centre of Bordeaux, We were on the third floor, with no elevator, which may be worth noting for any older or less able travellers.
If I had one negative, it would be the horrendous sachets of coffee, with two plastic cups to make a brew in the morning.
However directly opposite is a nice little cafe. The room was quiet and comfortable, and as we venture out a lot whilst away, it was more than adequate for our stay.

Helpful staff, great location and clean. Overall, if I go back to Bordeaux, I would stay here again. Not a fancy hotel but has everything you need.
Superb staff and very clean room
It was a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is superb and the transport connection is really close. The room is clean and tidy and the bathroom has three-piece. I will consider staying at Hotel Notre Dame again in the future. Only one thing might be helpful to know, we have heard noise during the night as the hotel is close to some restaurants and bars nearby.
wonderful location for a budget hotel
Location is fabulous in a very trendy part of the city, a bit away from the main area but plenty of options for food etc and easy to navigate.

can be noisy in the hall (my room was on a landing so a lot of cross traffic)

Nice and comfortable room for a good price. All you need for a nice stay without luxury.
Lovely little hotel, clean, bright in an excellent location. We stayed during the pandemic so obviously Covid19 rules were followed. Room very nice on the third floor with no lift(elevator) so be prepared! Quiet part of Bordeaux with beautiful restaurants and tiny streets around. Easy walk to tram stops.
Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was great. Great location.

While this is a basic hotel it has everything you need.
The wonderful lady at the front desk carried your suitcases up to our room. (No elevator).
It was close to a quaint part of town and great restaurants.
