christopher.familyOct 19, 2024 The lighting in the bathroom was very poor which made makeup application a challenge. We never figured out how to turn on the towel bar heater in the bathroom. Not very many extra touches for a 5 star hotel. Turn down service was only done once.

The place was fantastic, our room had a great view of the Eiffel tower. The staff we all great and very helpful. Sorry we didn't have more to stay.
We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed spa treatments and room service was delicious.
alina e.familyAug 30, 2024 Lovely modern design hotel - room was spacious and spotless, bathroom great, snacks and mini bar well stocked and stones left every evening a very nice touch. The roof top terrace is well worth a visit as well, with lovely views of the tower, opera and Paris roofs. We liked the pool as well and loved that entry for children was not limited to a certain interval, as it usually is in other places. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful as well. The only reason I did not mark five stars on hotel facilities is that the hotel spa does not offer manicure/pedicure and the hotel restaurant is open only between certain hours (with a limited menu available outside).
Good location and service
Just as I shared, I called and emailed both Expedia and hotel since I got Covid so I can’t make it, they still charge $900 even if I can’t make it.

kenneth.familyJul 25, 2024 Fantastic property in the opera district. All of the best attractions are a few metro stations away. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was a very good sized 1 bedroom which is perfect for a family. They even had an indoor swimming pool. Highly recommend stsying here.

The staff was incredibly helpful across the board. They would get us taxis and excellent dinner reservations whenever needed. They were very responsive always.
Absolutely amazing stay. I’m so sad it was so short! They were kind, professional and on top of everything. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, our view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible and the 360 rooftop bar even better!
