    The photos in the websites make the rooms and hotel look much bigger and better than they actually are. We had selected the bob room and even though they were the biggest rooms in the hotel they were small in comparison to many other 4-star hotels. Good things first the staff was very nice, polite and funny. Now the other areas review. We were in the 6th floor, the lift broke down 2 times in 3 days. Each floor had only 2 rooms. No balcony. It should give a feeling of coziness but actually gives a feeling of creepiness. The bathrooms were good. The single king size bed was actually 2 single size mattress under 1 big bed sheet. No dustbin in the rooms, only a small one in the bathroom. The carpet seems in need of change. The cleaning staff don't do a good enough job when you are staying. The breakfast buffet was OK in variety but it was stone cold. Room amenities only tea sachets, no coffee, no creamers and if you want to have coffee in lobby is chargeable unlike other hotels. We didn't stay in much so it way okay but it is not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
