Lift proble

Property has two lift out of which only one was operational. During my check out time both lift was out of order. I waited for 20 minutes and then i had to come down from 4th floor along with two 20 kg luggage and one 10 kg luggage. Airport shuttle goes to terminal 2 only. Passengers of terminal 1 has to go a long way. Food good. Location good.

Hotel location is ok but upkeep of passages / elevators is bad. Worst is, spread in breakfast. It is low, only bread and cereal for vegans, at times even fruits and yogurt are missing completely. Staff also seems reluctant to serve.

The stay was good from hotel there is shuttle service to airport which is help to reach with minam charge.

Room is too small with no facilities. No coffee maker no water no glass no fridge. Just bed and pillows. Food quality is also not great.

4. It was a pleasant stay in the family room at ibis, room was well maintained with 2 bathrooms and 2 double beds. Breakfast was served early at 4 am with some good but limited options, dinner at the restaurant was okay. Front desk was very helpful and assisted us with shuttle bus to airport.

Location of the hotel is convenient for those who have early morning flights/late evening flights from cdg. Very basic facilities and good for 1/2 days only.

I was not allowed to eat at their restaurant as the hotel did not had veg. Food and the food which i had wad not allowed in-site restaurant. The hotel restaurant person was very rude.

Hotel website and Makemytrip should mention proper route and available black Line Bus services from Terminal 1.

Best short stay hotel near to airport with free shuttle. Free bed crib for babies and stroller provided to visit paris. Suggest everyone to go with infant.

Make sure you look at the shuttle colour from airport Ibis Styles. The black bus is going to Ibis Styles.

Located at 25 to 30 KM from Paris main city area. No direct good public transport connectivity to the hotel. You have to go to the Paris airport then catch a cab or shuttle service which took 2 hours from 1 side. Taking cabs daily is also not feasible due to cost factor. My trip using bus to airport and cab from airport to hotel costed me extra.

The stay experience was not that great. I couldn't find vegetarian menu for dinner. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were okay. There was a good scope of improvement if they think from standpoint of customer.

Just hop on the Airport shuttle (train) and follow the instructions on the board then upon exiting hop into the black bus which will leave you just outside the hotel. All this without any charge!
