I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

Location wise this hotel very good, you can enjoy the beauty even the first ray of light reaches to the mountain. Food for aisan little bit off bit.

The stay was average. The hotel was clean and friendly. The breakfast however was really limited and not up to the mark. The menu and food quality both need to improve tremendously.

Good hotel at this price. Breakfast options were also good. Locality is nearby other restaurants and super stores. Overall good experience.

Worst stay ever!

The worst experience ever there was no staff helping with the concierge service, our tour guide had to help us with the luggage till our rooms. They are charging for extra water bottles which is next to ridiculous. The customer service overall is really poor and specially the front desk. I shall never recommend such a disaster to someone.
