The bed was broken at the head side and the mattress was too soft to be comfortable. I did not make a fuss but the worse thing is they earned the room everyday and never bothered to report it/fix it by themselves. The attitude of waiting till a guest complains is worse in hotel industry. The carpets were dirty specially at entrance of the rooms. Breakfast was just right but once a dish finishes there is no refill and though they say it's available till 10 it actually finishes at 9.
