    Terrible Stay

    I reached the property at 10 pm and there was nobody at the reception and the property was locked so i was unable to enter. I called mm t and they assured me that help will be provided in less than 30 minutes. I got a call from an mm t agent at 12 pm sharing a wa number where i was asked to share passport details after which the self check in process will be shared. They expected me to stand outside the property for 2 hours and then another hour to enter the property. I was unable to check in and stay at the property. Mm t was not able to help me and now they say they can't help with the refund. Self check in procedure should have been shared 24 hours prior to the check in date. Mm t is a very bad aggregator. I do not recommend bookings through mmt.
