A full apartment with kitchen and dining room on the 15th floor overlooking HK harbour? Couldn't ask for more! Well maybe a hotel bar.....

Great staff, impressive and highly recommend
During our stay, my brother left his cell phone in the taxi we took to K11 Artus from some place in HK. We paid the fee by cash and didn't take the receipt. Nor did we remember the driver's name or the taxi's plate #. We asked the staff of the hotel, name Wales if any driver brought back a cell phone to the hotel. They told us no one ever brought the cell phone to them, but they would see what they can do. Since we didn't have the receipt nor did we remember the taxi's plate# or the driver's name, he and his coworker immediately asked the security department to check video record trying to find out the taxi's plate # so to be able to contact the driver. Although we at last contacted the taxi driver though the cell phone's lost/found app and the driver helped to bring back the cell phone to us, the quick action and would-help attitude from the staff, Wales and his coworker really impress us, and we really appreciate it. The instance made us feel good being the guest of the hotel. Besides, the harbor view from the hotel is really so impressive as well. We highly recommend the hotel! And we shall stay in K11 for our next visit to HK.

Friendly staff and great location with K11 shopping mall right downstairs. Close to other shopping mall such as Harbour City and many dining options in TST. Kitty even set up a late check out for me to accommodate my late afternoon flight. Looking forward my next stay.

My suite has an incredible 180 view facing the Hong Kong side harbor. Room is fairly large with a kitchen and washer.
The aroma of this hotel is amazing. The air smells quite "expensive". The gym facility is top-notch. All the machines are new and in mint condition.

Hotel was superb especially the location is beside k11 musea. The room we stayed was so nice especially the view. concierge and service was excellent. We celebrated my birthday and mothers day. Only problem is if you need room service, there is none availsble you need to order from app or in the mall, but mall closes around 8-9pm thats my only comment also breakfast option so little no salad vegetable options.
Balcony access and unobstructed (depending on room type) harbour view. Shopping, dinning, some museums and transports all either directly in same building or in close walking distance.
