Had a terrible stay here. No proper service and very rude staff. While check in reception guy said it will take 3 hrs for bell boy to get free. Apparently they only have 1 bell boy. While check out, the reception guy told to wait for 1. 5 hrs or to take luggage by ourselves. The rooms were also very dirty and smelly, no proper maintenance. The room is very different from what is shown in the images . This stay was my most pathetic one.

Great to stay for 3 nights, very accommodating staff and the breakfast was really good a lot of choices. We will definitely come back here.

The lobby and location are nice. The room was smaller than expected. Service was slow. The luggage wasn’t carried by the bellboys as they were short on staff. Washroom was on the first floor and the staff was a bit rude. Apart from that, it was fine.

Good room. Convenient location with train and bus stops nearby. Water front is at a walkable distance. Good restaurants nearby including ones serving indian food options.

The room was in a good condition. The view was good and a lot of amenities were provided too. The hotel is very sustainability friendly and the drinking water was also unlimited. Had a great experience. The hotel was a bit difficult to locate but the location was great and close to the main attractions.

The staff is rude. Not helpful at all. Not the kind of service you expect. Everything is almost like as if they’re doing you a favour for staying with them. There are a ton of other options for even better pricing around the neighbourhood. I would most certainly not stay here again.

Rooms were goods. But hospitality need to be improved. Tried multiple times from our room to reach the room service and reception but without any success. Restaurants inside the hotel close by 9. 30 itself. So we had to take the food from outside.

The hotel is located at a good location with victoria harbor at a walking distance. The receptionist mr. Jelly claimed to give us a amazing hospitality while checkin but unfortunately hotel staff doesn't pick calls and breakfast for indians is just for the name and not even good. I stayed here for 5 nights and everyday breakfast menu was same which is a bad thing. If you have no expectations regarding hospitality and just wanna stay and explore city then booking this hotel is not an issue. Room was spacious.

The rooms were very spacious. Specially when you have to see other smaller rooms across a city like hk. Location is fantastic. Just a stone throw away from the metro station.

Stay is good, room is nice, and reception staff is very helpful. Spl a pakistani attendent on checkin counter ( i forget the name)
only issue with bell boys, they get my luggage downstair in around 45min.
