The location was nice, almost 10 minutes walking from the hong kong exhibition centre, you can get 1m bus for from just outside the hotel if you don't want a walk. It in the heart of the city. Seven11 was just outside. The staff was not so pleasant and didn't give us a water bottle. Wifi is free all over hong kong and it's easy to travel by public transport like bus and mtr.

Lovely stay

Good hotel for stay. Location is perfect as it's near to all tourist attractions. Walking distance to mart station, night life spots, shopping mall, harbour, restaurants.

Poor Stay

Hotel location is good but hotel is not good. Room is tidy and very small. They are not providing drinking water. Even they are not providing cutlery on demanding. Reception are is horrible and situated on 2nd floor. Concierge service is also not available. One have to carry own luggage to room. Overall it is not recommended for stay.

It is a 3 star property, the reception is on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the market, thus centrally located. Limited staff and limited facilities. Helpful staff.

The staff is rude on your face. No water bottles for each day of the stay. Very bad placement of the furniture if you are staying with more than 2 occupancy

Charterhouse has a nice easy location, easy to reach

Good stay, comfortable, two beds can be shared to keep luggage and other for sleeping, tailor made for big families without extra charges, will repeat the stay there next time we fly to Hong Kong, thank you MMT and Charterhouse.

Good hotel with good price for Hong Kong, location is near MTR and city bus stops at the gate. No smoking, clean hotel with good staff services.

Location is heart of city, Wanchai and Causeway bay, food excels. Lots of meat items but to compensate there were more heavy veg. items, so it was worth, variety good.

Ideal for business locations, fast reaching, hill similar to Taj, bang, Pali Hill and Delhi Hills, first class.

Overall just an average budget hotel

Room was quite small and the carpet was not clean. No complimentary water bottles were provided. The bathroom was stinking so we needed to change the room. Location is just fine. Breakfast was good. The staff was also attending to calls but seemed hotel staff is more inclined to get money rather than provide a memorable experience.

Hotel is good as compared to adjacent hotels. Room size is perfect compared to other hk hotels.
Bad points about hotel is they charge money for drinking water which is ridiculous. All other facilities are perfect
