MERUSAKA Nusa Dua

Overall merusaka was good. Little improvements can be made to their rooms. The first room we stayed was smelling horrible. We informed and the service was prompt but the smell could not be contained. So they shifted us to a different room in the same floor. That room we had an issue with water in the bath tub. It was all brown and we filled the tub couple of times to see if that goes away but it didnt. So had to call service again and they promptly came over and checked and figured there was an issue with the connection. Once that is cleared we could use but for one day we could not use the bath tub at all. Resort location is very good and their pools overlooking the ocean are very good. We really had. A great time in all the pools they have. Sad thing about the beach front restaurant is that they close by 8:30pm or9pm and which we felt was little too soon as other near by resort had theirs until 11pm. Breakfast buffet is wide spread but it is the same menu with one item being changed (indian) every day. Feedback to the buffet service would be, put names on the dishes which indicates what exactly it contains. We could not have most of them as they had indonesian and other names but did not indicate what exactly they had. Another feedback, the glasses which are served for water/juice need to be cleaned properly as they were always smelling of eggs. Bakery portion was good and we almost had our breakfast from there including salads. Food options could be improved overall in the resort.

Pros: 1. The MERUSAKA Nusa Dua is located right next to the beach and bali collection (where you could find a lot of options for dining & shopping also a supermarket as well. 2. Within merusaka there are 4 restaurants with one restaurant right on the beach which makes it all the more noteworthy. 3. Breakfast spread was amazing. 4. Food options in the restaurants is really good and delicious. 4. Availability of buggies within the property for transporting you around. 5. Nice swimming pools facing the beach. I would say overall a very good place to visit and chill. Cons 1. Water seepage near the ac vents inside the room (although this was fixed by the technicians during the 2nd visit but for a MERUSAKA Nusa Dua with such a top star rating it should be taken seriously and such lapses should be avoided, seems this was noticed previously as well by one of the guests) 2. Water accumulation below the wash basin area in the bathroom.

Positive: 1) extremely clean and comfortable rooms and washrooms 2)food is good. Breakfast buffet was amazing. 3)staff is very good. Quite helpful with arranging bikes and taxi. 4) beach access is the best part. Negative: the only negative point is that it is away from the more happening areas and busy markets of seminyak and kuta. Even this area doesn't have much around except few five star MERUSAKA Nusa Duas and bali convention center. So it should be chosen if you want a more peaceful stay. You can always hire a full day taxi and go to the other areas.

The best part of the Inaya is its beauty in its enormity, it is huge. Have overall 5 pools. Then there is a private beach. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. One of the best part of staying in this 5-star resort in Nusa Dua is you are staying in an area where there is an extra check post just to enter a series of 5-star resorts. Bali's collection is nearby if you want to access. For cheaper option in food you can go outside of the 5-star serenity there are a lot of local shops available which provide good food and live music.

The property is huge and located close to the Bali collection market that houses numerous restaurants. There is a free hourly shuttle service too. The breakfast spread was good but taste was average. Also, the air-conditioned part of the restaurant has limited seats and it gets very crowded. The pool is nice but the rooms are far from the pool/beach area and have to walk a lot under the sun. The sun beds are always kinda full and do not offer good view of the beach. The staff is courteous. Overall a decent stay.

I stayed in a pool access room with a big bath tub and a very comfortable bed, the property is huge with a great beach and blue waters with as many as 5 swimming pools. The breakfast buffet is good but with very little indian options. If you are staying in nusa dua for indian food please go to queen of india which is just a 10 mins ride towards the beneo beach. Very kids friendly resort with good staff

merusaka was a great experience for us as a couple. great local breakfast nice swimming pool and the best is the private beach which just connected to the MERUSAKA Nusa Dua. one more good thing is 25 mins from airport. has restaurant by the beach with limited menu but good for couple who want relaxed time. also they have place for private party with pool. people with budget should go for vila.

Just being in the shoulder of peak season, got an amazing deal and it was worth every penny spent. A quite few options were considered in Nusa Dua but in terms of location and private beach access stood out well. The room and the amenities were at par for a luxury beach resort. Brilliant breakfast spread. Brownie points for their delicious welcome drink. Would love to be back here.

It was great surprise to receive invite for dinner party in one of the restaurants of your choice. Great food, great beach side location and wonderful ambiance coupled with great hospitality and service. This was followed by well arranged paid countdown party with great choice of drinks, DJ, professional dance performance and fireworks. A memorable celebration, thank you so much!

The property is located in prime location and has a direct connect to blue ocean water. Extremely well maintained property with friendly staff. There are three restaurants to choose from which are all good. A very good spread of breakfast buffet. Vast property area filled with greenery and serene atmosphere. Overall a memorable stay with more than expected beautiful experience.

Upscale beach resort, of course with private access to beach. The resort itself is self contained community with multiple living options from villas, rooms opening to private swimming pool etc. Though resort has 3 restaurants, you could also walk out (10 mins walk) to street full with cafes and dinning options. The buffet breakfast spread is lavish.

We stayed in a villa. Very clean and spacious room. Our bed was big and cozy. Nice bathtub and shower. The room had all the facilities we needed. It had a private pool access and lagoon pool. The pool was clean and nice for a swim. Personal butler service was provided. Unlimited cocktails between 6-7:30 in the evening. Couldn't have asked for more.

They need to keep more options for vegetarians people. Very less choices in breakfast and dinner for vegetarians who don’t even eat eggs.

Location is very good and stay was also good. Only issue is with vegetarian dishes which are limited at the MERUSAKA Nusa Dua.

Excellent location to rejuvenate and relax. Food, service and their private beach are worth spending. We had a pleasant stay. It's little interior with a private colony, so you will need a taxi service to step out unless you want to take long walks.

This place is most serene property with vast dining options and beautiful room facilities.

Very beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Multiple pools, kid’s activity area and multiple restaurants (beach side as well. Perfect for the comfortable stay. One thing to note though it has various indian options available but the breakfast buffet(though very lavish) lacks the indian option.

Hotel is very nice and on best beach in Nusa Dua it has 3 big swimming pools, diving pool and nice beach amenities, but it has only one problem not enough Indian veg food option otherwise it has everything. I would go again if I get chance.
More option in Indian food needed.

Fantastic place, service top-notch, location is also good, beach is outstanding. Can't think of anything negative. Food(breakfast) can be a challenge for indians who are vegetarian though they will cook a dish or two for you but they just can't make it. Maybe improve on that for indian guest liking.

The MERUSAKA Nusa Dua is simply huge and beautiful. There are buggy car which you can hop in to go anywhere you want inside MERUSAKA Nusa Dua. Staff are very cooperative. It also has private Beach. It has three beautiful infinity pools. Perfect for relaxing gateway. Less options for indian vegetarian food.
