Beautiful hotel and what a lovely view of sea. Staffs are very nice and haven't seen such a vast spread of breakfast in ky entire life journey. The private beach is clean and clear. Will come back again

It was a worst experience at hilt-on bali. We had gone to celebrate 25th wedding anniversary at hilt-on bali. We had booked deluxe ocean room and nowhere it was written twin bed in the booking and hotel gave a twin bed room to a couple who had come to celebrate their 25th anniversary. Even after multiple requests, hotel did not even consider to provide king bed. I have not seen such a rude and inconsiderate duty manager (indravati) in any 5 star hotel. They had provided a king bed only after taking extra amount after wasting so much of time. It was really an unpleasant experience.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The property is huge so we spent whole exploring each and everything and it was worth our time

Excellent stay, if you book an ocean facing room. The rooms were well equipped with amenities. The breakfast buffet spreadsheet is huge and tasty. All that said, the hotel is located in nusa dua which is located in the south. The hotel is a bit far off from tourist location so you may need to decide accordingly.

They upgraded our rooms to royal suite for no cost. It was excellent suit with amazing ocean view. Really we are so happy

Property is amazing, as an indian i didn’t like the breakfast spread. I have had much better breakfast options in other 5 star properties. Service is very poor

My recent stay at hilt-on bali exceeded all expectations! from the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and i was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and friendliness of the front desk team. The room itself was nothing short of luxurious. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked minibar. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary toiletries and a selection of teas and coffees. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant served up some of the most delicious meals i've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Each dish was expertly prepared, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast buffet was a particular standout, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. In addition to the impeccable accommodations and dining, the hotel's amenities were top-notch. Whether lounging by the pool, working out in the fitness center, or indulging in a spa treatment, there was no shortage of ways to relax and unwind during my stay. Excellent property on nusa dua beach. Excellent breakfast spread including some options for indian vegetarian food. The beach in front of the hotel is not exactly friendly for swimming. Very steep slope, lot of corals. But otherwise the ambiance and facilities gave full justice to 5 star tag. We had included dinner also inn-the package, but that is applicable only at restaurents in which many vegetarian options are not available. Few indian vegetarian options are available in room service, but you have to pay separately for that. Not included in the package. We asked to be served indian food from room service menu, but they could not accommodate that inn-the package and we had to pay extra, with dinner coupon going wasted. Hotel should look into this. Otherwise, overall experience in this hotel was fantastic.

Beautiful set up on prominent beach front of bali hilt-on has got all facilities. Services and aminties worthy of it’s name and most suited to rated as five star, elaborate breakfast covering western food, middle eastern cuisine and indian varieties makes it a one of the best offered breakfast various facilities such as gym, several pools and jacuzzi. Spa and various restaurants and 24x7 room service makes it a hilt-on beach resort which can be recommended to customers looking for money ‘swirly

Terrible Stay

We were staying with them from 29th nov till 2nd dc 2023. It's said beach resort but their was construction work going on and entrance was closed. It was nowhere informed. Room. Bathroom door got locked automatically at night 12 pm. The person took 20 minutes to open and later he kept the pannel opened. Staff only smiles but donot take care of guest. They happy closing the breakfast and talking with each other rather than asking guest their last order. Overall waste experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort is at a very scenic location. Would like to definitely visit again. The staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. We had booked a sea facing room at the cliff tower and the morning sunrise view is breathtaking.
