Terrible Stay

this was a terrible experience staying in the hotel. Very small room even couldn't walk properly inside the room. As per described there was no closet, no cupboards given which left my all luggage and things on the floor. There was no online support option so i recharge international roaming pack and called the customer care also and they said they will resolve the issue. Now no one helped to solve the issue. I got a call back from support and then he said he will resolve the issue but then after a while a while i got the message that your issue is resolved. I did checkout from the hotel a day before. Terrible experience,

Property location is good and walkable to many shops etc. Amenities and hygiene is not that great. Can be better

Very good budget hotel, provide you decent buffet option, staff is very friendly. Room cleaning is done daily. Easy access to many location.

The same linen was used for 6 days. No hygiene. I would suggest everyone to book some other hotel.

Around 10 minutes walk from Kuta and Legian beach, there are many money changers nearby make it very convenient for travelers, many handicraft shops nearby, opp of the hotel there is a mart/small super market kind of, night clubs are 5-6 months walk, rooms are clean, coffee switches are awesome and service is prompt.

Hotel was very clean, staff behaviour was nice. Provide me the bike to travel around the city. Every request were being fulfilled by the hotel. Nice stay to have with the family.
